Crane Cove Park is the park on the northernmost end of the Pier 70 site.

BAE systems has a lease with the port authority to operate a ship repair facility. It will remain operational.

Orton is responsible for the rehabiliation of buildings in the historic core area of Pier 70. These are the buildings closest to the intersection of Illinois and 20th Streets. When complete, the buildings will be home to commercial/light industrial uses. Orton has a 66 year master ground lease with the Port Authority.

Forest City has a 99 year master ground lease with the Port Authority for the portions of the site they are responsible for (essentially, to the south of 20th St. between Illinois St. and the water). In the above rendering, it is referred to as the waterfront portion, but for some reason I think it has a catchy new name.
