Located at the northeast corner of Potrero Hill, and the location is an interesting one. 1001 Seventeenth is immediately across from the elevated portion of I-280. There are, however, genuine efforts to “cut-back” I-280 to a surface street starting at about 16th, so those changes to I-280 (if they someday happen) would absolutely have a substantial impact on value. But let’s also keep that possibility in context – if it happens, it will be at least a decade away and most likely longer.
1001 Seventeenth is also an interesting location without any changes to I-280 because it is immediately adjacent to Mission Bay and the many neighborhood improvements happening in that area, including plans for the upcoming Mariposa Park. It is also a very walkable location to Caltrain and 3rd street light rail.
