Overview of V20:

V20 is a new construction project on the site of a former gas station; this one closed in 2004 and the lot was used as a parking lot for several years after that. Located at the corner of 20th St. & Valencia, the building is home to 18 luxury condos — 10 single-story flats and eight townhouse-style homes — over three ground-floor retail spaces.

The second and third floors will house the flats, which will range in size from about 1,100 square feet to 1,450 square feet. Flats will have two or three bedrooms and two or two and a half bathrooms. The town-homes are located on the fourth and fifth floors and will range in size from about 1,400 square feet to almost 1,800 square feet. All town-homes have three bedrooms, two and a half or three bathrooms, and a private roof deck.

V20 Construction Schedule:

Construction was completed in 2015.

Finishes for V20:

Original finishes included Miele appliances, Italian white oak flooring, Studio Becker cabinetry, and porcelain tile.
