1450 15th Street is a mid-rise building near South Van Ness that will offer 23 new homes. The development will include parking for 16 cars and 12 bicycles.
Back in 2010, the city denied a permit to build 10 condos in a four-story building on this irregular L-shaped lot, but “fast”-forward a few years, and a new, five-story building has been approved for the site. When it’s complete, 1450 15th Street will contain 23 residential units. There will be parking for 16 cars and 12 bicycles.
Sizes will range from 750-1,000 square feet for the one-bedroom homes; two-bedroom homes will be 775-1,450 square feet.
Demolition in 2015 of an existing one-story building made way for the new residential building. Completion is estimated for mid- to late 2017.
Unannounced at this time. Pricing is typically the very last item that a developer decides upon, so we don’t expect to have this information until the sales office opens.
Initial plans show the building will have 16 car parking spots and 12 bicycle stalls. In accordance with city planning code, the developer will allocate the car parking spaces to the larger units.
Finishes and amenities are unknown at this time; we’ll update this page as details are released.
Documents filed with the city and county indicate that the developer has submitted and received approval for three on-site BMR homes.
Unknown at this time. We’ll update this page as soon as that information becomes available.
