1198 Valencia @ 23rd St.
SFAR MLS Subdistrict: 9C/Inner Mission
After many years as a shuttered gas station, 1198 Valencia has been approved for new housing: 49 residential units over five ground-floor retails spaces (5,000 square feet) and an underground garage with parking spaces for 32 cars and 52 bicycles in a five-story mid-rise building.
Construction is expected to take approximately 18 months with completion expected sometime in 2018.
Unannounced at this time. Pricing is typically the very last item that a developer decides upon, so we don’t expect to have this information until the sales office opens.
The plan is for 32 spots for cars and 52 bicycle parking spots. We don’t have information at this time if the parking spots will use mechanical stackers or not.
Unknown at this time. We’ll update this page as more details become available. Plans call for a shared roof deck measuring over 5,000 square feet.
The developer has elected to provide six on-site BMRs through the Mayor’s Office of Housing program to qualified and eligible program participants.
Unknown at this time, and it won’t be us. We don’t represent developers in new construction but provide independent representation at new and modern homes throughout San Francisco. Based on JS Sullivan’s long-time relationship with Polaris Pacific, we believe Polaris Pacific will likely be the sales team representing the developer.
