The one bedroom one bath condos start in the mid $800K range and range from approx 612-750 Sq ft. The two-bedroom two bath homes start around $1.5 M and range in size from approx. 880-1250 sq ft. the 3 bedroom homes start around $2M. HOA fees from the building will range from the Mid $400-$600 per month. The one bedroom homes do not include parking. But all homes will come with one bicycle parking space.
