La Maison at 241 10th Street is a boutique luxury development of 28 homes. It is designed by award-winning architect Alan Tse who has worked on such past projects as the W Hotel in San Francisco. The five-story mid-rise building with ground floor retail space will be home to 16 one-bedroom residences and 12 two-bedroom residences including a penthouse.
Resident amenities include a lounge located on the 2nd floor as well as a rooftop deck. High-end finishes are expected throughout.
Sales have begun, and as of 8/8/17, 50% of their one-bedroom residences had been sold. Condos are move-in ready. The development site was formerly home to a Hertz rental car location.
This project came to market and was entirely sold by January 2018.
There is no parking with the one-bedroom residences. There is parking with select two-bedroom homes. Parking is valued were valued at $70,000, with this cost bundled in the price of homes offered with a parking space. A buyer had the ability to un-bundle parking spaces, and deduct the associated cost from the purchase price. Homes with a parking space pay an additional amount per month in HOA fees for garage maintenance.

The building sold out on its initial release. But, the individual owners do resell. Generally, it takes a year or so before we see resales from a new construction project enter the resale market.
