Now the site of a small 27-car parking lot, 119 7th Street will soon be home to 39 new residential units with underground parking for 14 cars and ground-level retail/commercial space. While an earlier proposal envisioned building two towers — one on the parking lot and one on the site of an existing hotel across the street — the current plan involves one eight-story building with 39 units — 22 one-bedroom homes (some with dens) and 17 two-bedroom homes. Square footage will range from 556 to 760 for the one-bedroom homes and 1,075 to 1,412 for the two-bedroom homes.
Completion is expected in 2018. We will update this page with progress reports as construction continues.
Unannounced at this time. Pricing is typically the very last item that a developer decides upon, so we don’t expect to have this information until the sales office opens.
Early plans call for 14 off-street parking spaces for cars and 40 bicycle parking spaces.

The developer has elected to pay an in-lieu fee of approximately $2.5 million to the city for development of affordable housing instead of providing on-site BMRs.
