119 7th St.

119 7th Street will soon be home to 39 new homes with underground parking for 14 cars and ground-level retail/commercial space. While an earlier proposal envisioned building two towers -- one on the parking lot and one on the site of an existing hotel across the street -- the most current plan (to our knowledge) involves one eight-story building with 39 homes.
