The agreement with the Board of Supervisors includes the construction of homes at 950 Gilman Avenue and 601 King Street.
We are not the listing agents for Lumina. We provide independent buyer representation to buyers throughout the city in new construction as well as existing buildings and homes. Lumina will be sold by the marketing team at Polaris Pacific.
