Per SF Planning:
The Project Sponsor has elected the affordable housing fee, identified in Planning Code Section 415.5. Per Planning Code Section 415.5(b)(1), the amount of the fee shall be based upon the number of units equivalent to the applicable off‐site percent of the number of units in the project, which is 20 percent of the total number of units. The Project includes 118 dwelling units (23 studios, 47 one‐bedroom units and 48 two‐bedroom units); therefore, the Project is required to pay the affordable housing fee for 24 units (5 studios, 9 one‐bedroom units and 10 two‐bedroom units).
