The Washingtonian consists primarily of two bedroom homes, with 18 of the 26 homes having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are 6 one bedroom homes (one per floor, floors two – seven) and two homes that have three bedrooms and three bathrooms (the two penthouse homes).
The finishes are pretty much what you’d expect for a new luxury condo in San Francisco -Studio Becker cabinets (like The Infinity, One Rincon Hill, etc.) Ceaserstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktops and ovens, and hardwood floors.
Building amenities are on the light side when compared to luxury buildings like The Millennium, but there is a rooftop deck that will probably have some nice views.
It is located pretty much directly across from the Academy of Art School of Industrial Design (as well as their completely random collection of historic automobiles).

(not that I have any reason to doubt them, I just like to see things with my own eyes when it comes to parking spots in San Franicsco).
