The Mission Dolores neighborhood is adored for it’s sunny weather, diverse population, and awesome outdoor experiences centered around Dolores Park.
18th St. between Dolores and Guerrero is a foodie’s delight, one block that is home to Del Fina, Del Fina Pizzeria, Bi-Rite, Bi-Rite Ice Cream, and Tartine.
Mission Dolores condos are typically in smaller buildings, although there have been some recent in-fill developments at various locations throughout the neighborhood. The neighborhood is a mix of buildings and style, although mid-rise is about as tall as anything you’ll find in the neighborhood.
Corner shops, local coffee shops, and boutiques are dispersed throughout the neighborhood, so shopping local and discovering awesome only-in-SF finds is just a short walk from your door. This is definitely a neighborhood for the urban explorer.
