CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 5-STORY MIXED-USE BUILDING WITH 29 RESIDENTIAL UNITS, 8,000 SQUARE FEET GROUND FLOOR RETAIL SPACE INCLUDING UP TO THREE RESTAURANT USES, AND A BASEMENT-LEVEL PARKING GARAGE FOR 20 PARKING SPACES.

LagunaHayes St. Construction Schedule:

Demolition of the old building was completed in April of 2015. We predict early Spring 2017 for Sales and Summer 2017 for building completion and move-in.

None onsite. The developer elected to pay a substantial fee in addition to the standard development fees to the city to be used for the construction/support of affordable housing.
