Unannounced at this time. Pricing is typically the very last item that a developer decides upon, so we don’t expect to have this information until the sales office opens.
Early plans call for 30 parking spaces for cars in an underground garage and also parking for 88 bicycles.
Preliminary plans call for amenities including a fire pit, sun deck, outdoor kitchen and dining area, dog washing station, bicycle repair station, shared roof deck, and a landscaped courtyard. We’ll update this page as more details become available.
The developer has elected to provide six on-site BMRs through the Mayor’s Office of Housing program to qualified and eligible program participants.
Unknown at this time, and it won’t be us. We don’t represent developers in new construction but provide independent representation at new and modern homes throughout San Francisco.
