Overview of 777 Tennessee St.
777 Tennessee street will bring 59 new homes to the Dogpatch neighborhood in a six-story mid-rise building located at the NE intersection of Tennessee and 19th streets. The development will have 50 parking spaces for cars and 59 bicycle parking spots.
For the 59 homes, the expected unit mix is:
- (1) studio home
- (34) one-bedroom homes
- (19) two-bedroom homes
- (5) three-bedroom homes
We would expect most homes to be offered with parking with the exception of the studio and a portion of the one-bedroom homes. This building will be the second development for the 7×7 development team; their first project was 388 Fulton in Hayes Valley, of which we are big fans.
777 Tennessee St. Construction Schedule
Approved plans. As of mid-2017, construction has not started. We will update this page as updates become available.
Unannounced at this time. Pricing is typically the very last item that a developer decides upon, so we don’t expect to have this information until the sales office opens.
The building will have a two-level garage with parking for 50 cars and 59 bicycle parking spots. Of the 50 car spots, several will be designated as car share.
Amenities and Finishes
Several homes will have exclusive-use (private) patios, while the building will have a roof deck, rear courtyard, and secure lobby. Finishes have not yet been announced but based on other projects this team has done we are looking forward to seeing the complete amenity and finish package.
Below Market Rate (Inclusionary Housing) Homes
8 below-market rate homes will be offered on-site. These homes are typically offered to qualified applicants towards the ends of the building sales cycle.
We expect The Mark Company to list this building based on prior relationships with the developer. If we are incorrect, please let us know. We do not represent the developer, but provide buyers with independent representation at all sales offices across San Francisco.
